Women's March activists win Glamour's Women of the Year 2017
The incredible ladies of the Women's March are being featured in Glamour magazine! The article highlights an important idea that we all learned with the swell of the Women's March: Our anger is powerful. This controlled and suppressed fury is a large part of what carried the movement that has spread across the world.
There were smiles at those marches but we were smiling through gritted teeth, because those smiles were fueled by the fire burning within women across the nation, stoked by their anger at everything that has wronged them. They did not shy from the flame, but embraced it.
